- Counted per budget. An account that isn’t in a wallet counts as one wallet; adding accounts to a wallet you already have is never limited.
- Investments, and the live prices that value them, are part of Pro. On Free, the Budget still tracks the money you move to investing.
- A budget (a “space”) is a whole set of wallets, categories and plans. Pro and Family keep a ceiling because a budget is a whole budget, not a folder.
- Pro: one other person in each of your budgets. Family and Founders: up to 5 people counted once across every budget you own, pending invitations included.
- Being invited is free and unlimited on every plan. A shared budget runs on its owner’s plan, so inside a Pro owner’s budget you have Pro without paying. If the owner goes back to Free, the people they invited become viewers until they upgrade.
- Your copy of your own data (GDPR arts. 15 and 20), free on every plan.
- Prices in euro, VAT included. Stripe is the merchant of record. Founders: €79 once for the first 30 seats, sold here. After the first 30, Founders is €99 in the app, until 100 seats.
- Against paying monthly for a year: Pro €39 instead of €59.88, Family €69 instead of €95.88.
Questions about plans
Billing, answered plainly.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Every new account is on Pro for its first 14 days, without a card. If you subscribe during the trial, you’re only charged when it ends. If you don’t, you move to Free. Nothing is deleted: everything you made stays visible, and Pro features lock until you upgrade.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you made on Pro stays visible, and you can delete or export it; adding to it or changing it needs Pro again. Budgets beyond Free’s one become read-only, and people you invited become viewers (they’re not removed, and they’re editors again when you upgrade). Stats and reports show the last 3 months. Automatic rules wait for you to mark them paid. Export stays free.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the Subscription card in Settings, through Stripe’s billing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe tries the card again. Your plan keeps working for 7 days after the unpaid period, so an expired card doesn’t cut you off overnight.
How is Family different from Pro?
Pro gives you 3 budgets of your own and one other person in each. Family gives you 5 budgets and up to 5 people across all of them, and everyone you bring in gets Pro on their own budgets too.
What is Founders?
One payment, for life, with everything Family has. The first 30 seats are €79, here on the site. After the first 30, Founders is €99 in the app, until 100 seats.
Who handles VAT, invoices and refunds?
Stripe is our merchant of record, so VAT, receipts and refunds go through them. Prices include VAT. Refunds: 14 days, no questions, through Stripe.
Do you connect to my bank?
No, bank connection isn’t available today. You add entries yourself or import a CSV from BT, ING or Revolut.
