Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Spentalot (spentalot.com), operated by DESIGN A LOT SRL, registered in Romania (CUI VAT ID RO36573882), registered address Sos. Panduri, Nr. 60, Sectorul 5, Bucuresti, Romania. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Spentalot is a personal finance tracker: you record transactions, set budgets, track wallets and holdings, and plan recurring bills and income. It does not connect to your bank and does not move money — every number comes from what you enter or import.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping access to your e-mail (and, if used, your Google account) secure, since sign-in is by one-time code or Google. Tell us at contact@spentalot.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Spentalot shows you your own numbers and simple projections based on them. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not a licensed financial advisor. Decisions you make based on the app are your own.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to store data you don't have the right to store.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the service.

Spentalot may offer paid plans alongside a free tier. Where offered, paid plans are billed through Stripe (web) or Apple's in-app purchase system (iOS), are cancellable at any time from your account or the relevant store, and take effect for the remainder of the billing period already paid for. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law, including the right of withdrawal for EU consumers on digital services where it applies.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but the free tier is provided without an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. We may perform maintenance that causes brief interruptions.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently removes your data (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, with notice where practicable.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by e-mail before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute not resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
